Close (5 min. drive) to fantastic Maine beaches, state parks, endless walking trails, open space networks, and tons of coastline. Walking distance (10 min) to Kittery Foreside restaurants & shops and 20 min. walk to downtown Portsmouth.

This is our home that we Air B&B in the summer and live in the winters however this winter we have decided to continue to travel and therefore it is available for winter 2021/2022. The home is lovingly cared for and has our furnishings and personal touches. We expect any tenant to treat the home and its furnishings as if it’s their own with the utmost respect. We also expect any tenant to be in timely communications with us if there are any issues or damage to the home. We prefer no pets. NO SMOKERS. Background and credit check required. Lease and security deposit required.

The house has recently refinished hardwood floors throughout and a bright, airy, homey feel. There is a newly renovated open concept kitchen and dining room with butcher block countertops and a huge center island. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms (LINENS NOT PROVIDED) and a full bathroom. The house has an entirely new heating system and a wood stove for keeping toasty on winter evenings. The basement home office has newly installed heat and a full bathroom.

Location: Kittery Center - 10-minute walk to Kittery Foreside with lots of great restaurants, bakeries and pubs and local stores. 20-minute walk or 7-minute drive to downtown Portsmouth, NH named one of the best towns to visit in New England with hip food scene, breweries galore and lots of great boutiques. 15-minute drive to Kittery Point with Seapoint Beach, Fort Foster and Fort McClary for the quintessential Maine beach experience, Route 103 at the end of our street is a simply beautiful ride. 15-minute drive to York Beach and boardwalk. 20-minute drive to Ogunquit’s shops and galleries. 30-minute drive to downtown Kennebunkport with loads of restaurants, shops, and waterfront. An hour north to Portland - awesome seaside city with a bustling food, beer and music scene. An hour south to downtown Boston for history and big city attractions. An hour and half drive to the start of the White Mountains National Forest and loads of hiking opportunities. An hour’s drive northwest to New Hampshire’s Lake Winnipesaukee and the lakes region. And rest of the Maine coast all the way to Acadia National Park is all within a morning’s drive!
